Conference halls

“Navoi” conference hall is located on the 7th floor of the International Business centre building. Total area of the “Navoi” conference hall is 310 m2, with the seating capacity of up to 300 people.

Lobby of the Navoi conference hall is designed to accommodate promotion and advertising materials as well as coffee break arrangements. The VIP room adjacent to the conference hall “Navoi” can be used to receive and accommodate VIP-guests prior to the beginning of an event, hold private negotiations and press-conferences for the signing ceremonies and etc.

At a customer’s request for an additional fee Navoi conference hall may be equipped with special equipment: special lighting, equipment for simultaneous translation, conference calls system, sound recording equipment, LCD projector (4100, 2500 and 1300), flip-chart board, white screen (2 х 1,5), computer (desktop and laptop), scanner, printer.

Important:

Service fee is fixed in hard currency and can be paid either in hard (by non-resident from outside of Uzbekistan) or in local currency at the CBU exchange rate on the date of payment;

Tenants of the International business center are eligible for discount 50% to use the IBC conference halls and board meeting rooms for the corporate events.

“Tashkent” conference hall is located on the 1st floor of the International Business centre building with the total area 115 m2, and the seating capacity of up to 100 people. Special simultaneous interpretation facility room is available for the Tashkent conference hall.

Technical facilities available in the Tashkent Conference hall provide an opportunity to produce events customized by clients.

Lobby area of the Tashkent Conference hall is designed to accommodate promotion and advertising materials as well as coffee break arrangements.

At a customer’s request for an additional fee Tashkent Conference hall may be equipped with special equipment: special lighting, equipment for simultaneous translation, conference calls system, sound recording equipment, LCD projector (4100, 2500 and 1300), flip-chart board, white screen (2 х 1,5), computer (desktop and laptop), scanner, printer.
